They say one would look 10 lbs fatter on TV, I have to disagree because I appeared at least 15 lbs more and my face appeared much rounder! (Then again, round is a shape so I am still in shape right?) Asia's HD Lifestyle Channel Li, Life Inspired TV Channel put together a two part series named Quest for Stars which center around the controversial issues since the introduction of the Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau in 2008.
I was invited to be one of the many foodies in town for an interview to share my views as a food blogger on the purpose and impact of the Michelin Guide to the culinary scenes in Hong Kong. I am truly honored to be invited, really. Hosted by Reggie Ho, the two part series Quest for Stars will air on Sunday, 20 March 2011 and 27 March 2011 at 9pm exclusively on Li (pronounced "L" "I") available on NOW TV Channel 516.
